10 best healthier things while commuting by bus or metro

The long commute to work and travel can be frustrating, tiring, wasting time and exhaustive. Instead of playing some other games in your phone or snooping any other's social media profile which results into zero productivity or frustrating your mind by thinking how exciting other life are instead of that you can make your time valuable.  Here are the list of few excellent time utilising, full-filling and learning things which you can ponder upon and feel happiness of spending time rightly.

                                                          HEALTH :
1) Do Balayam (rubbing your fingernails against each other) 
Celebs and health expert swear by yoga , doing this for five-10 minutes a day results relaxes your mind, increase hormones circulation, restore natural colour of your hair, prevents hair fall, aids in preventing the greying of your hair. (Not advisable for pregnant women or for the person suffering from high BP etc).

Fold your arms inwards loosely ,bring them close to each other so that the fingers can touch each other and start brushing all fingers with each other swiftly. 

2) Finger Exercise
a) Make a fist of both palm, hold it for 10 second and release it, repeat for 5 times.

b) Claw stretch both of your palms hold it . for 10 second and release it , repeat it for 5 times.

c) If you can carry a ping-pong ball, you can press the ball to relive the tension and be fresh & energised. 

 3) Double chin reduction of facelift up exercises:
These exercises are not only for the owners of double-chinner suffers but it can be done by anyone to prevent the double chin appearing in future , will not let wrinkle appear, circulates blood flow and enhances cheek bones. 

a) Do EE-OO sound exercise by expanding your faces to your maximum possibility for at-least 10-15 times in a stretch. 

b) Lift your face up ,from your both palms start brushing it toward upwards . Do it for 10-15 times for effective result.

c) Make fish pout face, repeat it five times.

d) Fill your mouth with air and mouthwash it for 5-10 times with air ,transfer it from right to left from up to down.

e) Tongue out to the maximum you can hold it for 5 second and release it . Do it for 5 times.

f) Smile out to your maximum for stretching the check bones. 
g) Lift your eyebrow up, hold it for 5 second release now and repeat it for 5 times.


4) Manibandha Chakra- Start rotating you wrist for clockwise & anti-clockwise direction for 10-15 times.

5) Rotate your neck left and right and up and down slowly for 10-times.

6) Join you hands to activate chakra and hormones and give you relief from back pain and arms exercise to tighten muscles near by arms . 



                                   PERSONALITY & OTHER LEARNING: 
7) Observe local commuters and start learning new words and start implementing while commuting the local language.  Learning a local language hearing the exact accent will he helpful to learn fast.

8) Observe some important issues or exciting things happening around and ponder  about some unique content and make a note of it for content writing.

9) Prepare your to-do list for household work , studies, plan the calendar, utilize your time to call up your friends/family, work-to-do-list.

10) File your nails.
